Jinan serves as Of-Counsel for Margolis and Cross, a firm of aggressive and ambitious litigators who specialize in the practice areas of federal health fraud, civil rights, and criminal defense, and as Of-Counsel for Ash Law, PC where she assists in advocating against employers who commit violations under the Fair Labor Standards Act, state specific wage and hour laws, and other wage related regulations.
